To secure your place in the workshop, a 50 % deposit is required at the time of booking.
Once this form is submitted I will invoice you for the deposit which can then be paid by direct deposit or EFTPOS over the phone.
Workshops at other venues are dependent on numbers attending.
If, for any reason I need to cancel the workshop, 100% of deposit will be refunded.
For workshops at the Churchill studio, deposits may be transferred to another mutually agreeable date, or refunded.
For less than 7 days notice, only 50% refund will be paid.
